Meet Our Doctor

Timothy A. Millward, DMD, MAGD

Dr. Millward is an Orlando native, graduating from Boone High School. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology & Cell Science (cum laude) and also his dental degree from the University of Florida. After graduating from Dental School, Dr. Millward stayed in Gainesville and practiced dentistry there for 10 years before coming "home." We are pleased to announce that the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) has awarded Dr. Millward with the prestigious Mastership Award, one of the most rigorous continuing dental education awards offered today. Dr. Millward completed 1,100 hours of coursework in the 16 areas of dentistry to receive the Mastership Award from the AGD, a professional association of more than 40,000 general dentists dedicated to staying up-to-date in the profession through continuing education. This achievement marks a significant milestone in his career, because the award demonstrates his long-term commitment to go above and beyond continuing education requirements to provide his patients with the most up-to-date treatment options and superior patient care.

Dr. Millward is committed to higher dental education in order to provide the best care possible. He is an active member of many organizations, including;

  • Academy of General Dentistry *
  • American Dental Association
  • Florida Dental Association
  • Central Florida Dental Association
  • Dental Society of Greater Orlando
  • International Team for Implantology

Dr. Millward is the proud Dad of his son, Caleb, who keeps him busy playing soccer, hiking, camping, staying fit and eating healthy. In addition, you will find him watching Gator football (Go Gators!), paddle boarding and lobster diving. He enjoys spending time with his family, being involved in his church and contributing to the community through Habitat for Humanity.

Dentists are often the first line of defense against many serious conditions that start in the mouth. And dentists who have earned Mastership (MAGD) in the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) go even further. Becoming an AGD Master means a dentist has taken part in some of the most rigorous continuing dental education programs today. These dentists know about the most up-to-date technologies and procedures and care for your whole-body well-being. AGD Masters make a commitment to care that goes above and beyond—they are pulling for all of your oral health needs.
